Grilled Vegetables

The dish is really incredibly flavorful and delicious, so tender and fragrant are the vegetables and meat. Take your word for it, it’s incredible.


Ingredients

Potatoes - 500 gr.
Corn on the cob - 2 pcs.
Meat - 400 gr. (I have pork neck)
Hunting sausages - 200 gr.
salt (to taste)
ground black pepper (to taste)
pepper (3-5 peas)
bay leaf (2 leaves to crush)
olive oil (5 tbsp)
oregano (pinch)
garlic (2-3 cloves)

Preparing

Wash the meat under cold running water, dip it in paper towels and cut it into cubes about 2X2 cm in size.

Peel garlic on a board, crush it with a flat side of a knife and send it to a bowl. Add all the ingredients for marinade and meat. Stir, leave to marinate.

While the meat marinates, prepare the rest of the ingredients.

Potatoes are cleaned, washed under running water, we send to boil for 20-25 minutes (until half-ready).

Corn wash under cold running water and send it to boil until tender.

When the vegetables are almost ready, remove the meat from the marinade and lightly fry it in a pan. As if to seal (until a light crust on all sides).

When the vegetables are already cooked, do not forget to cool them, after which we cut the corn into slices 3-4 cm wide.

The potatoes are cut into 4 pieces (if you didn't cut them before boiling).

Take out a large baking tray, grease it with olive oil and put the vegetables and meat.

Drizzle them with olive oil and lightly salt them (to taste).

Then put the tray in the oven and turn the oven down to 220 C for 20 minutes.

During this time we make the hunting sausages in 5 cm length.

After 20 minutes we put sausages on top and return meat and vegetables to the oven for 15-20 minutes more, 180C top - niz - convection - grill mode.

When the meat and vegetables are brown, remove the tray, transfer the contents to a nice dish to serve and enjoy a delicious dinner.
